Our Basic Life Support (BLS) Training Course provides essential knowledge and practical skills for individuals who may be required to provide emergency care in their workplace or community. This course covers the fundamentals of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and other life-saving techniques.
Participants will learn the latest guidelines for adult and pediatric CPR, as well as how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED) to restart a heart that has stopped beating. In addition, they will gain knowledge and practical experience in airway management, choking relief, and how to recognize and respond to common life-threatening emergencies such as heart attacks and strokes.
Our BLS training course is ideal for individuals in healthcare professions such as nurses, doctors, and other medical professionals, as well as those working in settings where emergencies are more likely to occur, such as schools, gyms, and public places.
Our experienced instructors use a combination of hands-on training, interactive scenarios, and state-of-the-art training equipment to ensure that participants are fully prepared to handle emergency situations. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a certification card indicating their BLS training, which is valid for two years.
